Issues with bootstrap nav menu responsiveness

I am unfortunately with volusion and attempted to create a nav menu with images using it's bootstrap system, the nav menu at the top simply isn't responsive since todays google update and I am racking my brain on what I am doing wrong. This has carried over to ipad and all android devices.

Sizes effected are 360x640 375x667 1366x768 I believe there are several more, generally chrome has taken a beating and I am left a bit helpless. the site is apolloecigs.co.uk

Thank you ever so much, the coder says it's impossible and would take 3 months but I doubt that.
