Optimize image sequence leaving delta only

I have an image sequence from the video file. Now I want to optimize it for less size and leave only the difference between two adjacent images so when I draw this sequence at 24 frames per second on the canvas it would still look like original video.

All that idea is because of inability to play inline videos on iPhone (html5)
