IOS! Choose an image like emoticon and integrate in a video in the frame chosen by the user

Hi guys i don't know if someone of you can help me with this! It is possible on a video preview interface (after shooted the video) to add an image selected by user, that directly appear on the video, in the frame chosen by the user?
