Importing Metadata through Json file using exiftool

I want to overwrite metadata of my original file with some other file's metadata. I am using exiftool command line for that, but i am getting an error again and again.

exiftool -Json="/Users/l375h4ck/Desktop/test1.json" "/Users/l375h4ck/Desktop/Screen Shot 2015-04-10 at 3.52.33 PM.png"

Error: No SourceFile entries in '/Users/l375h4ck/Desktop/test1.json'
No SourceFile '/Users/l375h4ck/Desktop/Screen Shot 2015-04-10 at 3.52.33 PM.png' in imported JSON database
(full path: '/Users/l375h4ck/Desktop/Screen Shot 2015-04-10 at 3.52.33 PM.png')
