Image editor online creation

I am looking for any solution but after four hour googling i haven't found any idea.

I want to create a page where i can pick and drop some images on one. Just like photoshop we can put many images in one and save it. I have found image editing plugins but they doesn't support putting another images over it. Like:

I can use jquery dragging function but how i can save it? This is want i can't figure out. Is there is any such plugin available?

Any valuable suggestion??
