How to convert .grf to jpeg or bitmap format?

I'd like to know if its possible to convert a .grf file to a jpeg or bitmap format ? All my searches on google gives results on how to convert to .grf files and not from. If you know how to do it or could guide me in the right direction i'd be really grateful. I'm looking to make a program in vb to do this. Thanks
