C# Save image from picturebox to database

1. I got 110 pictureboxes in my form1, however im trying for 5 days now to save a picture from picturebox to my database, but its not working. Each site i visited wasnt helpful at all everytime such errors. Idk if someone could explain me how to save a picture from picturebox to database that would be great.
