Images and files not uploading correctly

I'm currently working on a website and it works great locally but uploading (tested on multiple domains) won't work.

The background image gets uploaded as some kind of a thumbnail and it's not reading the FontAwesome icons.

I tought it was something to do with FileZilla, but i've tried a diffrent FTP uploader, but still the same problem.

If you could check it for me, please. I really can't figure this out.
